Order

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. Your order will be confirmed in this e-mail and the details will be displayed again as an extra check. This way you know that we will prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Note: the email can also end up in the spam box.

Dispatch

We try to ship orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM on the same day. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Tracking your order is very simple. You will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code as soon as the order has been shipped. Via this link your package is very easy to track and you know exactly when you can expect the package.

You can also track your package via the confirmation email. The "View your order" button will take you to the order page in our shop.

It is possible to change or cancel your order. You can do this by sending an email as soon as possible to: info@oblac.nl.

It is possible that the package will be delivered at a time when you are not at home. If this is the case, the package is usually kept by our logistics partner and another time is chosen to deliver the package to you. It is also possible that your order will be delivered to the neighbours. Of course you will be informed about this.

We ship our products worldwide! The delivery time differs per continent, but of course we try to deliver as quickly as possible.

Pay

You can pay safely and free of charge in our shop with the following payment partners: iDeal, PayPal, Credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna Pay later, Bancontact and Sofort Banking.

You can use your discount code when paying for the item. When you have added the chosen product to your shopping cart, you can click on the checkout button.

For mobile: At the top of the page you can click on "view order summary". You can then enter a code in the discount code bar and click on apply.

For desktop: On the right side in the discount code bar, you can enter a code and click on apply.

The discount is automatically deducted from the purchase amount.

We currently offer our new customers a 10% discount. You will receive a special discount code as soon as you have signed up for the newsletter.

You can return your order within 100 days via our return portal. You will then be credited with the entire order amount.

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of the return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

You will receive a reminder by email within 4 hours to complete your order.

Warranty and returns

You can return your order within 100 days via our return portal. You will then be credited with the entire order amount.

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of the return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

You can make your complaint known to us by emailing: info@oblac.nl. We will then ensure proper settlement, whereby you can usually return the order free of charge and choose from a replacement item.

Part of the costs for returning are for your own account. The costs are € 3.95. This amount will be deducted from the order amount.

Personalization

Of course! It is currently possible to personalize the leather phone cases and leather desk pads by means of laser engraving.

Please note that when you order a product with a custom engraving, we need extra time to get it ready for shipping. This usually takes 2 to 5 business days.

Please double check spelling and capitalization before ordering, as our high-precision laser engraves exactly what you typed in during the ordering process!

If you notice an error after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Products personalized with an engraving have a custom return policy. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return personalized products. This is because the product is made especially for you.

Of course we do our utmost to offer a suitable solution if there is a complaint.
