It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. You can make your complaint known to us by sending an email to info@oblac.nl. We strive to offer a suitable solution.

Reflection period

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel the order up to 100 days after receipt without giving any reason via our returns portal.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Only the costs for returning to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to 3.95 per package and will be automatically deducted from the order amount. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

You can use the right of return via our return portal. We will then refund the amount due minus the costs for return within 14 days after registration of the return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Please note: personalized products cannot be returned.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we advise you to contact us first. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.
